Centho is a Belgian chocolate brand established by chocolatier, Geert Decoster (pictured below), in 2000.

His masterpiece, “Salt Caramel (Salin/Caramel)”, was the first from Belgium to win a gold medal at the “International Chocolate Awards” chocolate concours.
