Nishimoto Co., Ltd. remains committed to contributing to the international community through food, continuing as a trusted corporation and fulfilling our social responsibilities. As such, we have established a Basic Policy on Information Management and Information Security, addressing one of the critical challenges in our business operations.
- Complying with all relevant Information Management and Information Security legislation, regulations, and standards in the regions where we operate, as well as having a periodical reviewing process of the Information Security policies in place
- Promoting a workplace culture of increased Information Management and Information Security in all personnel while conducting awareness sessions on our responsibilities regarding the secure handling of Information and the ownership of Information Security
- Assessing our information assets that contain personal information through periodical risk assessment, as well as having appropriate information security controls in the framework of Information Management and Information Security policies
- Ensuring that all suspected breaches and incidents on Information Management and Information Security must be reported and investigated, as well as taken corrective and preventive actions
- Complying with information management, information security, and personal data protection laws, regulations, and obligations arising from contracts with our customers and business partners in the regions where we operate.
