Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. (North America) changed its trade name to Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc.

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. (Canada) was established as its  Canadian subsidiary in British Columbia, Canada.

Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. span off frozen food business, and IPM Nishimoto Co., Ltd. took it over. At the same time, IPM Nishimoto Co., Ltd. changed its trade name to Wismettac Foods, Inc.
