We have established and will implement the following action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, and Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children.

■Outline

TARGET①  Implementation of periodic interviews while on maternity leave. (Aim to implement to 100 % of applicable persons)

【Efforts】

In order to eliminate the anxiety and alienation of employees taking maternity leave and create a work environment that makes it easy to take maternity leave and return to work, the interviews between the person in charge of the Human Resources Department and those who take maternity leave, which are currently held only once before taking maternity leave, will be held periodically - before and during maternity leave, and after returning to work.

TARGET②  Promotion of taking Paid Time Off. (Aim for a paid leave acquisition rate of 70 %)

【Efforts】

  • Have each department set a numerical target for the PTO acquisition rate.
  • Have employees pre-submit their planned PTO dates(5 days) at the beginning of the year.
