This certification marks the sixth consecutive year of certification for company since 2021.
The Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program aims to create an environment where corporations committed to excellent health management can be "made visible" and receive social recognition as "companies that consider employee health management from a managerial perspective and engage in it strategically".

We have organised a promotion team with Chairman & CEO as the Health and Productivity Management Officer. This team implements measures in collaboration with occupational physicians and relevant departments, reporting regularly at the Executive Management Committee meetings. Furthermore, we have created a " Strategy Map for Health and Productivity Management" that clearly links our health initiatives to broader management objectives. We operate a PDCA cycle, reviewing targets every three years.
- Enhancing Employee Productivity (Improving Presenteeism)
To foster an environment where every employee can fully utilise their capabilities, we have conducted the "Presenteeism Survey" since 2022. This quantitatively assesses performance declines due to poor health, enabling the formulation and implementation of improvement measures.
- Enhancing Employee Engagement
We utilise quantitative analysis via (the Engagement Survey System) to inform initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and organisational engagement.
