This is to inform you that Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. has decided to absorb Wismettac Foods,Inc. effective January 1, 2019.
In addition, we have decided to change the trade name of Nishimoto Trading Co., Ltd. to Wismettac Foods, Inc. effective the same date.
Hiroshi Tsujikawa, President of Wismettac Foods, Inc. will assume the post of President of the new Wismettac Foods, Inc.

The above-mentioned absorption-type merger is aimed to build an organization that can flexibly address the rapidly-changing operating environment for foods through the concentration of business resources and staff sharing by turning the previous two-company business platform into a single corporate entity/organization. We will contribute to raising business partner satisfaction and further foster a sense of unity as the Group while delivering increased brand value. We directors and employees are taking this opportunity to express our resolve to work further on our operations.
